Our Code of Conduct

  1. We will not charge you any valuation fees, legal fees, or other agent fees during the sale of your house.
  2. We are not qualified financial advisors, and so cannot give financial advice on loans or mortgages. We are happy to recommend a qualified independent financial advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Debt Councillor if you would like to speak to one.
  3. We recommend that you speak to a qualified Estate Agent to get advice on selling your home.
  4. You must instruct a solicitor to act for you in selling your home. We are happy to recommend a solicitor.
  5. We will always be open and honest with you. This includes explaining:
    • how the offer price is calculated,
    • how the monthly rent is calculated (if you wish to rent back your home)
    • what our future intentions for your property are, if you agree to a sale
  6. If you become our tenant, we will NEVER ask you to leave the property for the purpose of our own profit, as long as you follow the terms of the Tenancy Agreement.
  7. We are members of the National Landlords Association, and will follow their Code of Practice. A copy of their Code of Practice can be found here.
