There has been a lot of media interest in the Sell and Rent Back industry recently. TV Programs and newspaper articles have highlighted the behaviour of unethical property buyers who buy your house cheaply, rent it back to you, and then evict you at the first opportunity.
I'd like to explain to you how we at Fresh Start are different.

There are many national companies who will make you an offer over the phone. At Fresh Start Home Buyers we only buy property locally, so we can offer you a more personal, caring service by meeting you face to face whenever you might need our support. From the first visit, until YOU decide to leave your home.
We provide a caring, understanding, discrete service from the moment you first contact us, until the moment YOU decide to move out of your home, be that immediately, or in 20 years time.
If you contact us, and wish to talk to us about our services, we will personally come to your home to meet you. We will spend time with you, over a cup of tea, understanding your situation and the reason you have contacted us. This will give you the opportunity to meet us face to face, and decide whether you want to do business with us. We will then discuss with you the different options you may have.
As Property Investors, at Fresh Start Home Buyers we intend to keep all of our properties for as long as possible. We make our money from Long Term investment in the Property Market, not from get rich quick schemes.
The longer you remain in your property, the more money we make, so it is in our best interest for you to stay in your property for as long as you would like to.
