How much will I get for my property?
We can normally offer up to 85% of the Market value of a property.
The 15% difference is made up of 5% profit and 10% costs. (Solicitor's costs for your sale and our purchase, Solicitor's costs if we need to sell on, Estate Agent fees if we need to sell on, mortgage arrangement fees, mortgage broker fees, etc.)
You may get less If the property needs refurbishing or redecorating.
If I rent back, who will be my Landlord?
We will be your Landlord.
As members of the National Landlords Association, we follow a code of conduct to ensure open, honest, and professional behaviour at all time.

How long does the sale take?
We normally complete a sale within 2-4 weeks of you accepting our offer.
Can I sell more quickly?
If you are facing a deadline (for example repossession), then we can exchange contracts within a few hours to delay the repossession, and then complete the sale within 2-4 weeks.
What will it cost me?
There are no fees or costs for you.
I have been served a repossession order - can you help me?
If there is sufficient equity in your property, we can agree a price, and go to court with you to request a delay to the repossession order.
In the majority of cases, the judge will then allow you time to complete the sale.
Do you buy tenanted property?
Yes, although the tenant will need to provide references and credit checks to remain, and the rent may need to be reviewed.
Do I need a solicitor?
Yes. We have a recommended Law company who will appoint a solicitor to act on your behalf. He is part of a team that ensures the sale goes through as quickly as possible.
Are you a member of any recognised industry body?
Yes. The company director, Chris Smith, is a member of the National Landlords Association. For more information on the NLA, please follow this link: http://www.landlords.org.uk/
